Today a separate focus as we discuss reserves and how they are used. Reserves: As we head into the upcoming budget, it will be more important for Wasaga Beach tax payers than ever for people to understand the different types of reserves, the legislation that controls them and the way a community can be adversely affected if reserves are not handled properly. Instead of re-hashing this issue, I think the easiest way to explain this is to simply provide the attached link.
