Discussion 72 of 365; Our Mayor- The developer. Remember the times Brian Smith has said (to be clear) that he doesn’t own “commercial” property in Wasaga Beach? I guess it’s easy to appear honest if you are careful how you word things and if you have family members who will be on title. These photos were sent to me today by a concerned citizen. This is very close to the Library he may soon vote to sell off. Get used to these revelations. When your Mayor is a developer/ speculator there are bound to be properties that interest him. Have other properties in this stretch been bought/ sold by the Smiths? How many properties will be affected by the decision to move our Town Hall? Does he own any part of other properties “downtown”. Remember - This is our Mayor, who lives in Tiny Township.
