Wasaga Beach Discussion 315 of 365; Selling the family silver in Wasaga Beach Have you heard the term lately “property declared surplus”? Have you wondered why they have that important step? Policy! With all of the talk about disposing of properties lately, I would hope that all seven of our Council Members could actually teach a day course on the implementation of this policy, but it’s hard to know if most of them have even read up on the policy. Anyhow… I thought that with all of the talk of selling Beach One lands to build townhouses, this policy might be a great one to include in your “must reads” while we explore policy.
