SIX HUNDRED FORTY SIX
Wasaga Beach Discussion 280 of 365; SIX HUNDRED, FORTY-SIX! That is the number of listings you find when you search “Wasaga Beach” in Realtor.ca. Why? Years ago, there was a rush of people flooding up here to call Wasaga Beach Home. This number (646) is only the listings on their website. I would imagine the true number is significantly higher when you take into account all of the builders. Is there a DIRECT correlation between housing inventory and the real reason FRAM WALKED AWAY after 10 years of boasting about building our future? I wonder how our Mayor would answer a question asking him WHY there are so many homes for sale? With this much inventory, I’m also wondering if he will move back to Wasaga Beach before the next election. I know, I know…. He is eligible because he “owns” property here, but I think he mislead people [...]
