Wasaga Beach Discussion 213 of 365; Pitchforks and Hatchets meeting Wow, there are lots of comments and posts and discussions today about Wasaga Beach Council, particularly Mayor Smith. It seems poop on the beach, sign bylaws, resident parking and the fire sales of critical property holdings were all tugging on poor Brian all at once. I guess if you give yourself a 40% raise though, you should expect increased public scrutiny. I want to pile on one more issue and ask a very important question. The issue? A simple cup of coffee! The question? If it’s not important to Brian Smith, is it important to the Mayor of Wasaga Beach? Our incredible Twin Pad arena/ Library opened right after he took office. He used it for great parties, concerts, celebrations and truly fun gatherings. Whatever Brian wants for those parties, Brian gets. But…. What about the hockey moms? [...]
