public comment period removed
Discussion 173 of 365; Public comment period has been removed I have said it before but it bears repeating… watch our Council meetings carefully. At some point in the last couple of years, Council had modified their procedural bylaw and the public comment period has been removed from the agenda items. When was this removed? Why was it removed? Were you aware it had been removed?
