Discussion 172 of 365; What has Brian Smith done for you lately? So, what has Brian Smith and team decided is in the best interests of Wasaga Beach Residents? Well, in 2018, he decided to cover all of the Towns Property at Beach two with a townhouse Condominium project. That contributed to his loss in the next election. So, why not engage the same developer and just have them move the entire project over onto Beach One property, maybe even make it bigger. The public won’t mind that will they? The irony in all of this is his supporters actually believe him when his team says this will increase tourism. PLEASE start to question what they are telling you. Yeh… hundreds of people driving up to their private condo with a kitchen are likely to spend more that day trippers at local stops. I can’t wait to see [...]
