Wasaga Beach Discussion 347 of 365; Taking the bus to the beachfront? Oh… don’t worry they say, alternate parking structures will be built! Really? Multi story parking on a sand beach? How deep will the foundation need to go with the 2025 building codes? Imagine the Village at Blue with no parking. The village is often used as an aspiration to achieve by those wanting Wasaga Beach One to improve. Now… think what would happen to the Village at Blue if even half of those parking spaces were converted into private property homes?!?!?? Now… think of the “plans” our Council is ACTUALLY considering to allow all of Beach One from 1st to 3rd street to become condos. See ya later tourism!
