Discussion 83 of 365; Breadcrumbs lead to more breadcrumbs. Property Standards lead to profit! In reviewing Discussion 73, the focus was on discussing the big lie about Brian Smith not living in Wasaga Beach. That’s right, for those of you joining late, Mayor Smith has lived in Tiny Township for years. He even lived there when elected to be our Mayor. Who knew? Anyhow, the documents I used in 73 also highlighted some Real Estate dealings of our Mayor and his family. Buy a property, split it up. Create several properties, sell them. However, it might be impossible to sell one or more of the new properties due to property standards. That’s okay… if you know how to navigate the political process of dealing with property standards issues, eventually you can sell any property.
