Wasaga Beach Discussion 322 of 365; Selling off the Wasaga Downtown plan Earlier today, I posted a short comment about Council going “in camera” again. One of the topics to be discussed was the sale of 128 and 138 Main Street. One can safely assume this is the properties next door to the building at 140 Main that housed the Archives until recently. After a long behind the scenes secret session, they emerged from the in camera session. Guess what? The standard statement… “staff direction was provided” was all we were told. When you elect an out of Town Developer as your Mayor, you are going to get real estate deals. Lots and lots of secret, planned out real estate deals. Who will benefit from these deals?
