Wasaga Beach Discussion 268 of 365; Wasaga Council cutting beach access People are getting “Private Property” warnings again apparently. I was sent the attached page with a message saying a resident received it in their mailbox today. Apparently page 2 reminds them to abide by private property signs. Anyone else that has one please share page 2. So… I went to my mail box. I haven’t received one of these. Is everyone getting one or are they being selectively distributed? If the Town is truly looking into property issues, I hope they soon announce the public input sessions. I can’t wait to see certain documents presented to them that they SHOULD already have. Maybe there are some legal minds out there that can answer a couple of questions: If you have a deed, but that deed was obtained improperly, can that deed be disregarded? If the Town is [...]
