Allenwood Beach Vesting Order!

So much going on. lol! For almost a year now I have been trying to post an intriguing political post every day. These last few weeks, life has been so busy I have missed a few days. No problem, I will certainly catch up.

Why? Well, I truly believe the current Council and the team they have built are intent on building a mini- Mississauga right here in Wasaga Beach. Why? Well, those leading the way have deep ties to Mississauga, so… we will get what they say is right for us.

I don’t want Wasaga Beach to transform into a Mini Mississauga, so I will continue speaking out.

I want to know more about our new “Official Plan”. So, I followed the links in the emails I got by being on a Town Mailing list. I wanted to look at that plan. Wow… about 360 pages. Ok… maybe next week I will make time.

But when I tripped over an update on the “vesting order”, being used in Allenwood Beach, I thought I should instead focus on that for bit. That is today’s photos.

My question…. Why does our Council conduct all discussions about this in camera, come out of in camera and only state a very cryptic “direction to staff” comment, then they post the attached on a town website where only those following the complicated trail will find it.

(Our town websites are s complicated maze. Probably on purpose.)
