Anonymous hatred in Wasaga Beach

Every time there is a surge of objection to ANYTHING council is doing, the old guard pop up and start attacking.

Some are simply dedicated followers of BS and they can’t envision any wrong on behalf of their idol. I get it, they want to believe!

Then there are those who truly get nasty. They fall into two categories. The first is the type of person who has nothing to lose by being cruel. Their friends either find it entertaining or they actually enjoy the protection being part of “THAT” team provides. The next are great people admired by those around them, but they don’t want those around them to recognize them because their comments are particularly nasty and they don’t want anyone to recognize them and judge them accordingly. So… they use fake identities to spread their hate!

Then there are those who simply express their feelings and put themselves out for attack. I respect those people regardless of their position in a debate. Those who resort to name calling and plain nasty comments deserve no recognition. Sadly… we MUST address them. They usually tell the biggest lies and if left unchallenged the lies become the truth.

How many times has Brian Smith changed his direction? Each time… the nasties come out to distract from the REAL ISSUES.

What will our TRUE tax increase be? What negotiations went on in camera for the present beach deal? They never voted publicly on it but we are told it’s a done deal.
