As many of you know, none of this is new. I cut my teeth in a relatively new Facebook dealing with the lies and disgusting posts about Cal Patterson in Brian Smiths first election. This drew the attention of the newly anointed supporters of Brian and so the toxic Facebook in Wasaga was born.

Each threat, yes including murder, including killing my dogs, burning my house down and running what I presume would be my corpse out of town on the back of a donkey just made me angry and more certain that this Smith could not be good given how he was using the worst elements in the town to his advantage. This was compounded even when he won that he did not reign in his pack of dogs.

Here we are after over a decade of this same filth. dealing with the same sorry tactics and the same averice (let’s be clear, the dogs were fed). Wasaga has been irreparably damaged with good people no longer interested in council and the harm, threats and hate they and their families would face.

All I am is older, and more resolute that even if Smith et al benefits from sucking the public teat dry, at least people will know about it.

This is now the Wasaga Chronicle. Who knows maybe it will one day replace Beachbooster when Brian tires of the overhead or blows this mortal pop stand.
