Is the beachfront sold or not?

Ok…. Have I read this wrong? It sounds like we have sold land to Sunray. I think I must have missed that vote. Any “word on the street?”

Hey… If Brian and his Council really think it’s good to put a hotel on Beach One, so be it. I can just see the keep out signs and the fence around the parking. Should be interesting.

But… how do they sell property without a public vote?
