Attention Wasaga Beach Taxpayers. Instead of building sidewalks, splash pads, parks and safe roads, your reserves and Casino revenue are now going to be used to create a party planning corporation.

There are so many important questions to be asked regarding this, but don’t expect to much resistance from your elected officials. It’s my understanding that they all enjoyed free entrance to the two most recent concerts and possibly a little extra hospitality.

Why would they object to free concerts twice a year?

Council will be providing $500,000.00 from Casino Revenue, plus Setup costs from Reserves. Wow! The lack of Council oversight of the decisions on this spending in the party corporation is absolutely crazy. Oh well, more favours for friends.
