Wasaga Beach Discussion 332 of 365; Everything Beachfront Failed So much to write about but today I want to focus on how demolition of what’s remaining of our main end seems to be getting ready to start. That’s right, the Dard, Bananas and all other Town owned properties that are in the way of “whatever” the secret plans are, will be destroyed. This is probably Brian Smiths biggest mistake ever. He bought those buildings saying "we can’t control what we don’t own". When he did that, we gave up the taxes we used to collect, but he said not to worry as we would make thousands as landlords…. That failed! So, his good friend at FRAM was going to rescue him and build a small paradise…. That failed!
