Wasaga Budget anticipation

I can’t imagine what the various department heads are thinking at this point. In a little over two weeks, the process of budgets is supposed to move to the next step.

1) The operating and capital budgets. Anticipate cuts cuts cuts!

2) Reserves- start researching now. I’m guessing there will be some pretty clever use of reserves.

3) selling assets. It was said at a meeting a couple of months ago that the Beachfront development would be stalled if they did not raise millions by selling properties. So… the fire sale continues.
