Where is the integrity?
If you don’t mind reading my various discussion posts, please take some time to review the Councils Code of Conduct. (link below)
Please remember, these are not guidelines, but rules they must abide by.
The sad part is that the Integrity Commisioner is the only one who can hold them accountable and the current IC does not like to interfere with political debate.
So, many of the rules of “conduct” are ignored in order to support free expression.
There is one more important part of the Councils rule book and we will discuss that in the next day or so. It is their Procedural Bylaw.
